Απαιτείται

  • Καλό επίπεδο αγγλικών Β2+
  • Διετής Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση Sous Chef

 

We are currently looking for a talented Sous Chefs for multiple 4 & 5 star Hotels throughout Ireland (these include Cork, Dublin and Galway)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar senior role within a 4-5*/AA/AAA property
  • A creative flair and passion for cooking with local, fresh, seasonal and quality ingredients
  • excellent management and organisational skills are essential
  • HACCP Qualification to Management level
  • Experience in managing a large team
  • Ability to manage team and kitchen in the head Chefs absence flawlessly
  • A progressive attitude towards training, developing and motivating the team
  • An ability to lead by example within a fast-paced kitchen environment

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and delivery of new menu concepts which reflect customer demand
  • Manage and oversee the smooth running of the day to day operation of the kitchen
  • Maintain consistently high standards and quality across all areas of the food operation
  • Understand the budget and work to the agreed targets on food cost, labour hours etc.
  • Recruitment, training and retention of team members
  • Management of the kitchen payroll on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Set personal and department objectives for direct reports and to monitor and review on a regular basis.
